Service Description

This women-only strength class is designed to build confidence, introduce foundational movement patterns, and help you get stronger in a supportive, welcoming environment. Each session includes six rotating stations, allowing you to experience a wide range of movements week to week. This rotation is intentional — it exposes beginners to different strength exercises, builds coordination, and helps you understand what your body can do. Most stations are glute-focused, but the overall design supports long-term fitness and longevity, with smart, joint-friendly progressions. After the glute stations, we finish with targeted core and arm work to round out your full-body strength. What to expect: - A women-only, judgment-free environment - Six rotating stations for broad movement exposure - Beginner-friendly coaching and progression guidance - A focus on glute strength, posture, and functional movement - A blend of toning, strength-building, and longevity-based training - A fun, encouraging atmosphere that meets you where you are This class is perfect for women who are new to strength training or returning after time away — and it’s also the ideal foundation for those who want to progress into heavier lifts and more advanced training. The skills you build here will prepare you for our upcoming advanced women’s strength format, where we’ll take your strength to the next level with more challenging loads and technique-focused work. Cancellation Policy

Gonz9 Training Policies Booking Policy Clients must book sessions in advance through our online platform or by contacting Gonz9 Training directly. Sessions are subject to availability, and clients are encouraged to schedule early to secure their preferred time slots. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule a session, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be forfeited without refund or credit. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Gonz9 Training. Waitlist Policy If a session is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients will be notified in the order they joined the waitlist. Clients must confirm their attendance within 2 hours of notification, or the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Session Expiration Policy - Memberships: Clients have 30 days from the date of their first scheduled session to complete all sessions included in their membership. Unused sessions will not roll over and will be forfeited after the expiration period. - Packages & Personal Training: Clients have 3 months from the date of their first scheduled session to complete all sessions included in their package. Unused sessions will not roll over and will be forfeited after the expiration period. Payment Policy All clients must have a valid credit card on file. For membership clients, payments will be automatically processed on the due date. To cancel a membership, clients must contact Gustavo Gonzalez at least 5 days before the next payment due date. No refunds will be issued for payments processed before cancellation. Packages and personal training sessions do not automatically renew and must be repurchased upon completion. Refund Policy All sales are final. Gonz9 Training does not offer refunds for unused sessions, memberships, or packages. Compliance with California Law This policy complies with California consumer protection laws, including the requirement for clear and conspicuous disclosure of terms. Clients are encouraged to review this policy carefully and contact Gonz9 Training with any questions.
