1) Are there refunds?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and the trainer maintains the right to refuse services. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to, relocation, illness, cancellation, and/or unused sessions.
2) Is there a grace period?
Yes, clients will be given a grace period of 15 minutes before the client is considered late and the session is forfeited.
3) What happens if I don't show up to our session?
Complete failure to show up to a session without prior communication to the trainer will result in the forfeiture of the session.
4) What happens if I miss multiple sessions?
Clients that arrive late for more than 3 sessions within the allotted time are subject to termination of services at the discretion of the trainer.
5) What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of my session?
Cancellations and rescheduling within the 24-hour period of the scheduled session are considered “last-minute” and are subject to session forfeiture. Unfortunate circumstances, work commitments, and/or emergencies are subject to accommodation at the discretion of the trainer.
6) Can I reschedule my session?
Rescheduling is allowed at the availability of the trainer and needs to be arranged within the allotted time otherwise the session will be forfeited.
7) What if I cancel last minute more than 3 times?
Clients with more than 3 last-minute cancellations within the allotted time are subject to termination of services at the discretion of the trainer.
