Service Description
Conditioning and core training are often treated as afterthoughts — rushed at the end of a workout or skipped entirely. But here, they’re the main event! This class is designed to strengthen the two most important components of your fitness: your engine and your foundation. We combine fast-paced conditioning, explosive movements, and targeted core work using light weights and bodyweight drills. The goal is to build durability, stamina, and a rock-solid core that supports everyday movement — and prepares you for heavier lifting in the future. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone returning to fitness. It’s also an excellent entry point into more aerobic training or strength training down the road. What to expect: - Structured conditioning that improves stamina, endurance, and overall work capacity - Core training that supports posture, balance, and heavy compound lifts Light weights with fast, explosive movements - A beginner-friendly environment with clear coaching and progressions - A fun, upbeat class that prioritizes proper form and purposeful movement - A smart starting point for anyone new to fitness or building consistency Whether your goal is to get stronger, lift heavier, feel more athletic, or finally see core definition — this class builds the foundation you need to succeed. Cancellation Policy
Gonz9 Training Policies Booking Policy Clients must book sessions in advance through our online platform or by contacting Gonz9 Training directly. Sessions are subject to availability, and clients are encouraged to schedule early to secure their preferred time slots. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule a session, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be forfeited without refund or credit. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Gonz9 Training. Waitlist Policy If a session is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients will be notified in the order they joined the waitlist. Clients must confirm their attendance within 2 hours of notification, or the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Session Expiration Policy - Memberships: Clients have 30 days from the date of their first scheduled session to complete all sessions included in their membership. Unused sessions will not roll over and will be forfeited after the expiration period. - Packages & Personal Training: Clients have 3 months from the date of their first scheduled session to complete all sessions included in their package. Unused sessions will not roll over and will be forfeited after the expiration period. Payment Policy All clients must have a valid credit card on file. For membership clients, payments will be automatically processed on the due date. To cancel a membership, clients must contact Gustavo Gonzalez at least 5 days before the next payment due date. No refunds will be issued for payments processed before cancellation. Packages and personal training sessions do not automatically renew and must be repurchased upon completion. Refund Policy All sales are final. Gonz9 Training does not offer refunds for unused sessions, memberships, or packages. Compliance with California Law This policy complies with California consumer protection laws, including the requirement for clear and conspicuous disclosure of terms.
